Shay and I had heard how spendy Boise water is. So we decided to ttry to landscape our front yard, little by little, so it needed less water. Our first project was a pathway from the road to the house. We found when that the bark from our yard tracks into our carpet and gives you slivers. So we wanted to have a path through it. Here is the beginning.
Here's Shay and my brother Jared taking a break from shoveling and eating some lunch. It was so nice outside. We all got some sun (especially my back)...and Jared has a couple of blisters to show for his hard work. Thanks Jared.

That looks great! We've been trying to figure out what we can do to make our front yard look a little better, so I'm always excited to see other people's landscaping ideas.
Hey there! Chilis was very yummy! Fancy seeing you two there! Yes, we do need to get together! hadyc_7@hotmail.com Landscaping is looking GREAT!
Kira, it looks great!! can't wait to see the pictures of upcoming projects! It is hard for me to this of landscaping when we still have 3 foot drifts of snow in many places in our yard!
Aren't home improvement projects FUN?! Okay- maybe that's not quite the right word. We have so much to do in our yard- problem is- it won't quit snowing long enough for anything to really get done other than cleanup. Oh well. Maybe in July it will stop snowing and we can do a few things. The house looks great! Jess
Your path looks great. We need to do something like that in our back yard. I hope everything is going great with you. We need to have a game night or something here soon. We haven't seen you for a long time.
Looks great! Can't wait to see more of your outside projects. :) We miss you and Shay bunches!
