Happy Easter!

Happy Easter! This Easter was so fantastic. Church was great. The choir sang a beautiful number and I couldn't get thru the last verse. I was blubbering...it was so beautiful and so touching. I blubber so easy these days. Sheesh I must be old. Friday before Easter I CHOPPED my hair off. I have wanted to do it for as long as I can remember, but always been to scared. In high school, I cared too much about what others thought, then it was that I was waiting till I had kids. My kid is almost 18 months old and now I didn't know why I was waiting. So off it went. I love it. Love love love. So on Easter I got to sport my newest Easter dress with new yellow pumps and a new hairdoo. It was an extra special kinda day.
New Easter Dress...thanks Dad!
The afternoon consisted of yummy food at Shay's brother's house with family, lots of kite flying, and looking for eggs. It was a perfect day. Here's us Goofballs looking awesome. ha

Springtime

My kid LOVES the outdoors...like LOVES! Hes always begging to go out. If i take him out and it's really windy, then he is ok with going back in. If the wind is under 20 mph, then he is staying out unless you drag him in. He loves to do anything outside. Cray loves killing flies and yelling DEAD while he does, riding his new four wheeler, driving his tractor, riding in his wagon, digging in the dirt, throwing his football and just seeing how fast he can run. Here's some recent pictures of him enjoying the warmer weather.
Cray's first ice cream cone. He has had ice cream...but never on a cone. Major Hit!
Cray's first motorcycle helmet
Cray on Papa's fourwheeler. Sorry I didn't get a photo of our new toy...but it looks a lot like this one.
Cray driving his John Deer. He loves working the field in his tractor. He could seriously push this thing around for hours. Cray waiting for a ride in his wagon. Sorry just realized I formatted this post dumb. Sorry the words don't line up with the pictures, I am not doing it over. :0)

Time OUT

Last month, my mother in law, my mom, and my two sister in laws traveled down to Idaho Falls for Time Out for Woman. It was lots of fun. We had a few hours of speakers Friday night, then we went out for a late night snack and ate like pigs. I loved it! I know we have a picture of all our empty plates, but I don't seem to have it. Then we went to the hot tub and then the sauna. It was nice to not worry about chasing a little cute boy around for a couple days and enjoy some girl time. The next day was filled with enlightenment and Jericho Road. It was a great trip and I hope we do it again.
